What are the different categories through which Canada can migrate?
According to the Canadian Immigration Act, the categories
that can obtain an immigration visa are:
First: family category
Canada's Immigration Act allows Canadians and Permanent
Residents of Canada to ensure that their relatives wishing to immigrate to
Canada have been identified by the Immigration Act. Relatives who are permitted
to immigrate under this category are:
Wife or husband.
Children under the age of 19 or above, but are still fully
dependent on parents because they are still in different stages of education or
other reasons such as disability and stipulate that the children are not
married at this time.
The father the mother,Grandpa, grandma.
Brother, sister, nephew or nephew, daughter of brother or
sister.
Grandchildren (under the age of 19 if he is an orphan and
not married)
The Canadian law also requires that a minimum level of
financial capacity is available in Canada or permanent resident of Canada who
wishes to bring his relatives to immigrate under this category
